Enjoy a comfortable and well-connected stay in Madrid’s Arganzuela district. This first-floor apartment offers a modern, cozy, and practical environment With two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an elegant living and dining area, the apartment provides all the essentials for a functional and pleasant living experience.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. The living room is bright and includes a large sofa and two smaller sofas, creating a relaxing space. The dining room is equipped with a table and chairs, providing a functional area for meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, oven, fridge, stove, and utensils. The modern bathroom includes a shower and all necessary amenities.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the living and dining areas. Essential items such as soaps, towels, bed linens, and cleaning supplies are provided, making the apartment ready for immediate use.

The apartment is easily accessible via public transport. The nearest metro stations—Piramides (Line 5) and Acacias (Line 5)—are within walking distance. If arriving by train, the Cercanías line connects the airport to Pirámides station. For those arriving by car, public parking options are available nearby, including Parking Atocha 24H and Parking Roundabout Pyramids.

Welcome to Arganzuela, one of Madrid’s most vibrant and culturally rich districts! Nestled near the picturesque Manzanares River, our apartment offers easy access to lush riverside parks perfect for leisurely strolls or picnics.
Just a short walk away is the historic La Latina neighborhood, renowned for its lively tapas bars, traditional markets, and the famous El Rastro flea market.

Distribution of the places:

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper

- Located on the first floor with elevator access (please note there are stairs from the ground floor).
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
