Todo el staff súper amables y siempre dispuestos a ofrecer un excelente servicio. Los cuartos buenísimos y la propiedad super céntrica para llegar a lugares importantes caminado. Estuvimos 10 días y nunca tuvimos que tomar metro o autobús (aun teniendo una estación casi alfrente). Muy recomendado. Gracias!

Really great hotel, reception area is really well decorated and welcoming. Staff explained everything superbly. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but looked like there were tons of choices. Only a short walk to the nearest metro and train station too

The room was very small. I didn’t like the wash basin was separate from shower and toilet. Room was opp Palace but couldn’t see a thing and very noisy road. TV didn’t cater for English and was boring as travelling on my own for a week on one hotel with no TV or news. Cleaner did not clean properly and never refilled toilet paper. Had to ring reception to get toilet paper.

Property could use some improvements and updates. The gym was in pretty rough shape and small. The fuse blew one morning so all machines were out of order for the day. Breakfast was good, people were extremely nice, however the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat - I understand it’s an older building but it was too hot to get a good sleep. Also if you’re facing the road, it’s very noisy. The rooms could be more soundproof. Pool was small and there aren’t many places to sit or lounge. Was very crowded. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t a bad experience!

Buffet ran out of a lot of item 2 times. Definitely need better planning in the kitchen! Shower water was hardly hot more like lukewarm. Overall a traffic place would stay again!
