The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to everything from restaurants and shops to historic sites and public transportation. The service was top-notch. We arrived very late but that was not a problem because there is 24hr Front Desk Manager who was very helpful. We only stayed one night and this hotel property was perfect for what we needed.
