This spacious, modern and fully refurbished 2-bedroom flat is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, as it can sleep up to 6 people.



It is located in the central Salamanca district, a glamorous neighbourhood with grand 19th century avenues lined with fine dining restaurants and designer boutiques, known as the "Golden Mile of Madrid". It is close to Platea Madrid, an exclusive gourmet market located in a former theatre and just off the Plaza de Colón, you will find the National Archaeological Museum, where there are works of art and prehistoric relics from the Iberian Peninsula.

It is well connected to other important areas of the city thanks to Madrid's transport network, just a few metres away you will find the metro station of Lista and Goya.



The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bright and cosy living room has a double sofa bed and has a small terrace to enjoy the wonderful views of one of the best neighbourhoods in the capital. It has 2 bathrooms with shower and the kitchen is American style and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to complement those days in the city. In addition, it has different elements that will make your stay even more comfortable, such as heating, air conditioning, WiFi, flat-screen TVs and a lift.

Left waiting at the front door.

Communication via email was fine until 12 hrs before we got to apartment. Then nothing. We were told someone would meet us there. Nobody showed and we were waiting on the curb for an hour. Nobody showed. Ended up in a hotel. Scam?? Multiple attempts to contact them with no response.

Clean and great location!

Overall we were very happy. The apartment was clean and in a great location. The only "negative" would be the air conditioning was not very cold. The apartment stayed quite warm. Which was only an issue at night as we were out and about all day.

Alterhome un desastre

Es la primera vez que tenemos tantos problemas con un alquiler en VRBO. A este dpto lo tiene una empresa, Alterhome donde TODO fue problema. El pago habia que hacerlo a traves de Sabadel, probamos 8 tarjetas de credito y todas fueron rechazadas!!! Finalmente hubo que hecerles una transferencia… aqui ya empezamos con las idas y vueltas y con ganas de suspender la reserva. Nos hicieron hacer un check in en la web mas que complicado.. adjuntar fotos doc, datos y mas datos, de mas esta decir que el link Nos mandaba a otra pagina… Luego nos dejaron casi 2 hs colgados en la puerta del dpto (por suerte alguien entró en el edificio y no nos quedamos en la calle) hasta que vinieron a abrirnos.. ellos con miles de excusas, tengo toda la comunicación documentada para probar que lo que dicen no es verdad. Les habíamos pedido 2 juegos de llaves ya que eramos 3 adultos y nos queríamos mover en forma Independiente… el segundo juego llegó la tarde anterior de irnos, la esperamos TODA LA MAÑANA!! Resumiendo, El Dpto esta bueno, pero si alguien quiere complicarse mientras esta viajando… adelante y suerte!!
