Hotel was nice. They provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. There is food in walking distance. I’m American and the hotel itself was a little too warm for me. Besides that the staff was nice. It’s dog friendly and the people loved my dog and gave him water.

Good hotel for the price but would have loved blackout curtains and an earlier breakfast offered on weekends. Comfortable, walkable and nice though, and convenient to & from the airport and Chamartin train station which was great.

What I like about the property was its closeness to the center of Madrid. We had full access to all the attractions and important places in Madrid. The availability of many businesses in the hotel's area. The overall cleanliness of the facility was excellent.

Overall very good stay for the price. Staff were very attentive and kind. The room was very spacious and fairly new. The amenities were basic, there was no coffee or minibar that I noticed for example, but the bed very comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, as there were some old urine stains in the toilet.

I have stayed several times at this hotel. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast has a good selection. Very closed to Metro station and 2 bus lines.
