Lovely hotel. Staff were exceptional and really attentive and friendly. I’ve dropped a star because the room faced a busy main route and there was a fair amount of road noise which could be heard. In fairness, there were earplugs provided in the room. The safety deposit box didn’t work but when I called reception, they said it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait and I was on my way out so asked them to leave it. The water in the morning didn’t get to a hot temperature and took a while to warm up, but was fine for a comfortable shower. It was a fleeting stay over, so I didn’t feed back to the hotel these issues. I would stay there again, however I would ask for a room that doesn’t face the road next time.

Clean, secure, comfortable; and the professional and courteous staff made our stay nothing less than 5 star. Breakfast crew, pub servers, and front desk staff eagerly helped us everyday. Room service staff kept our room spotless. Their airport van service to and from airport is the best I've seen. Olga our front desk representative (on arrival) met us with a warm smile and her suggestions guided our search for my wife's Spanish ancestors; some of whom had immigrated to the US from Madrid about 80 years ago. Because of Olga, we were able to locate and honor and pay respects to the Fernandez family ancestors we found in the San Isidro Cemetery. Olga is a credit to the Crowne Plaza Hoteland IHG family.

This is an airport hotel so not much around it. Hotel is clean and has a restaurant as well that closes pretty late. Good hotel to stay at for a quick layover and easy access to airport.

Spotless! In redoble water pressure in the shower. Registration staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! (Even though we wanted to eat early, 5:30pm, and didn’t have the dinner menu.) Excellent spot to stay overnight!

The Hotel was easy to find with welcoming staff, great amenities, large quiet room. We used the below grade garage with ease. It was easy to bring a beer from the bar to our room. The morning breakfast was superb. Everything was perfect.
