Very Convenient!

Great location, central but quiet Loved the concept of having the quality of a hotel but with the convenience of an apartment. For a work trip this is ideal, I used the gym pass that was included and also very convenient to have a washing machine, cooking options etc.

Communications with the Bob W Arte group was very responsive as there was always someone to answer you questions. The place was quite spacious with a very long hallway between the bedrooms and kitchen/lounge areas. There was a few extra ammenities like wall chargers but a thing to note was lack of a spatula utensil for frying - not sure if this was intentional but there was a drawer downstairs to get extra cooking utensils but none there either. We couldn’t find the sink plug, but mainly did dishes in the dishwasher. Dishwasher broke down on our last day, and the light circuit would trip if you have too many electrical items in use including lights. Some items were a little run down such as arm rest on couch was falling off, drawer in bathroom was broken. These were minor issues easily overcome, but just to note. Check in was easy with code to enter building and accomodation. Really nice shower and great shampoo/conditioner/soap amenitites. They have a system to get your own stuff if you needed- such as towels, knives/ forks, batteries etc - and two shared washing machines. We had a first floor room - no views of anything - so nothing like the picture in Expedia- that was slightly disappointing. But overall - stay was really good and we enjoyed it here.

Overall we had an excellent stay. There was just one issue. My wife and daughter slept in the room with the en suite bathroom and they noticed a sewage type order. Thought I would give you a heads up.

Great location in a safe quiet neighborhood close to bakery, mercado and grocery store. Apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. Good communication with the hosts. Most locations are easy to get to by ppl public transport or Uber or 20 min walk. Some good restaurants nearby if you wanna stay local. Highly recommend

Very clean and spacious apartment near local metro line 3, buses. Can walk to some landmarks. Area is quiet and safe. Bldg is across the street from supermarket. There's a cafe bakery under the bldg and many other eatery venues nearby. Totally recommend Bob W Arte and would definitely stay again when in Madrid.

The apartment and the on-site employee (in a back room) were great, but... Problem #1. The hotel ignores messages. On June 10th I asked whether the building had a washing machine. No reply. On June 13th I sent a follow-up. Still no reply. So we re-organized our plans to allow several hours in a laundromat. Then we got to the apartment and it had a washing machine. Happy to have it, but annoyed that we needlessly wasted our time reorganizing our plans, all because the hotel couldn't be bothered to answer our question. Problem #2. The hotel's communications were insincere and annoying. They pretend they're being helpful and super cool, when really they're just cutting their costs. For example, when they say "We’re not fans of those awkward in-person check-ins, so we got rid of them" what they mean is that they're willing to make things more difficult for their guests in order to save the cost of a receptionist. If they just said "We want to provide a good apartment at the lowest possible price, so there's no reception desk" we'd be fine with that. Similarly, they urge their guests to "be kind to their fellow travellers" and "do their karma a favor" by saying if they're arriving late or leaving early, so other guests can have a late check-out or early check-in. But really the hotel just wants to charge those other guests 10€/hour for an early check-in or late checkout. In summary, the apartment was great — it's the management that's the problem.

A really good stay overall, very communicative the entire way and the place had a great kitchen with very close supermarket so I was able to cook a lot of food myself instead of needing to eat out for every meal. It is very close to lots of things to see, even though it is very close to the metro I opted to walk most places.
