In a great position, a spacious apartment and very comfortable. Well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of towels. The reception team are very helpful and assist when needed. Thanks Carlos :)

This was probably our favorite location ever in Madrid... The apartment is incredibly located within it all and in less than 10 minutes you can be at so many different iconic Madrid spots. The apartment itself was a dream! Definitely made us feel as if it was our home in Madrid as opposed to a place we were just staying in. Would definitely stay there again!

Location on the Calle Mayor across the street from the Plaza Mayor and walking distance to most historic places was very convenient. However, that made it very noisy all night. Just be prepared for that. We thought it was very cute and perfect for us.

Great 3 bedroom apartment in fabulous location, right across from Plaza Mayor. Air conditioner worked great, which was one of the few we encountered that actually cooled the rooms on our trip. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped, and having coffee available was so nice. Apartment common areas were spacious. Would stay here again!

When we got to apartment the guy at front desk said we could get in apartment in 1/2 hour ( we were exhausted from overnight flight)& then we sat in lobby for 2 hours... w/ not even a car in lobby... just tell us it will be 2 o’clock. Then when we checked out another communication problem.. we. Sat and watched the desk clerk set up computer, take in trash cans ..... 1/2 hour later... asked what are we waiting for & he said oh you’re done????Reallly he could have said you are all checked out? Aspasios Madrid - We will definitely stay again

It was a great stay for all 4 of us. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen were tidy and amenities are available. Most important feature of this aprtmentyis it’s prime location. It’s right in the middle of everything a tourist needs to be.

Great location in old town but only 15 mins walk from centre of new town. Plenty of bars and restaurants in immediate area. We stayed 3 times in a month; twice in a studio apartment and once in a larger one bed apartment. The studio is quite OK for a couple but has no real views. The one bedder is spacious and has two balconies overlooking the street. Noise didn't worry us and staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a lift malfunction on the last 2 days caused problems but hopefully this is a rare fault. Would definitely stay here again

Last day staff open the door before time to check out, to clean the room, I stop her ! Then just at 11 am staff come again to tell me that I have to go in that moment ! We were 15 minutes late to the check out, not half hour, not at 1 pm. We leave at 11:15 am. Very rude staff,

Location is great but ...

We have 8 people in the 3-bedroom apartment. My niece got bites laying on the sofa bed. We got 2 sets (one bath wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body milk) when we checked in. Those are tiny 30 ml bottles hardly enough for one person for one night. Yes. We were told we can get more. But by the time we got back sightseeing the first night, front desk was closed. We had a tour and missed the front desk again today. So we have to go out and get toiletries. I think the apartment should leave us a bit more since it is for 8 people for 2 nights. Moreover, only one remote works, some lights are not working. The location is great but....

We stayed at Aspasios Calle Mayor for 6 nights and 7 days Sunday - Saturday. We are a family of 4 – two adults and two kids. I had booked here because it looked nice and had good reviews. Well appearance wise it was nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped with 4 plates, cups, glassware, silverware, and kitchen appliances. The internet (wifi) only worked on Sunday, Friday, and Saturday. Since the reception only is available from 9 am to 6 pm. We had gone on day trips and kept missing them for the first three days. Then I mentioned it to them on Wednesday and nothing it still did not work. After the second day we also started to notice a horrible sewer smell in the bathroom. The smell was so bad that it was difficult to even go in the bathroom to brush our teeth or to even shower. Again, we didn’t see anyone at the front desk and we were hoping it would go away. The walls are also paper thin because we kept hearing our neighbor specially between 3-6 am. I am not sure if this is common in Europe but I don’t think so because we stayed at another location and didn’t hear any of our neighbors. When I finally mentioned it all to the staff Friday night, they offered to pay for our cab ride back to the hotel. We were very appreciative but still very disappointed with the overall stay. I don’t think we would ever stay there again.
