It’s a nice place to visit. The hotel is conveniently located -and there are lovely areas in the lobby to meet and enjoy coffee etc. Front desk staff were wonderful.

Hard to rate this hotel, it’s a mixed bag. It’s clean, in a great location. The bed was super comfortable, our room was huge. There was also a full Starbucks right next to it so, coffee in the morning was easy. We also loved the pool, hot tub, & sauna. Room service was also good. The drinks at the bar were great too. I think it was maybe a little understaffed and some things are a bit dated. The elevators are awful, they’re tiny and you wait forever for them. The parking garage is small (underground) & the clearance is really low. The checkout process was a bit weird. We ended up having trouble getting out of the parking garage because we left the keys in the room
