Wonderful chalet located just 2KM from the main tourist attractions of Madesimo,
Perfect for couples and families who want to spend some quiet time surrounded by nature,
A few meters away there is a large free car park, the lake, a beautiful river that runs through the village and a large children's play area,
Also perfect for those who are crossing the Via Spluga, as the route passes a few meters from our lodge.
Space:
The house has been furnished almost entirely with fine hand-made wooden furniture and is composed of 3 floors:
Entering you will find yourself in the heart of the lodge and is composed of:
A large dining area perfect for meals and to spend time with a board game in the company of your loved ones
A very comfortable kitchen equipped with all the supplies
Finally, a fantastic decorated ceramic pellet stove.
Upstairs is our beautiful master bedroom consisting of:
A comfortable king size bed
And a comfortable single bed dedicated to your children
On the lower floor we find a cozy living room consisting of:
A beautiful sofa where you can relax watching Netflix or Amazon Prime on TV in front of our fireplace;
Finally we find the bathroom, very clean and equipped with all the sanitary fixtures . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
