We have stayed in this location before, its where we wanted to be, so that worked! We didn't spend much time in the unit, bed was very comfortable, everything looked in running order, didn't use the kitchen, but countertop needed a good wipe down. Communication before hand and during stay was challenging, but worked out ok. Parking in back was sketchy , but you can park out front at night and enter that way, but i only found the entrance out front by exploring. I was told everything would be on the a***&b app, although i don't have that app and booked through this app. Never got check out instructions, but stay in vrbos alot so know the general dos and donts. It served its purpose, over night stay with comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything downtown to do and see.

The communication from the property was poor. I never received any check in information ahead of time. I messaged the owner thru the app, no response. I had to call. Once I called I was given information quickly. It may have been an app issue. Once I called and got the check in information my daughter and I were walking into the building and the cleaning lady stopped us and told us the loft needed to be cleaned and it would take her 30 mins. Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 6pm. It should have already been clean way before our arrival. Then I was concerned on how “clean” it could be in 30 mins. The loft itself was fine, but the lack of communication and cleanliness was an issue.

Great Place In Downtown Macon, GA

My husband and I visited Macon to explore the area as we will be moving to the community next week. The loft was exactly as advertised and a GREAT location to all the excitement downtown Macon has to offer. Very comfortable bedding, TV's in both he living room and bedroom. Bath towels were soft and clean. Nice products in the shower for guest use as well. Loved our stay!

Solo female traveller. I booked this for a work conference. I've never been to Macon before. I decided not to stay there and booked a hotel last minute. The back of the building where you enter the flat is rundown. No elevators, you have to walk about 100 feet and go up a flight of stairs to the flat. There is a lock box at the gate and at the door of the flat. The flat looked like it had not been cleaned. Fingerprints all over the mirror, hairy hair ties in the bathroom drawers, stained kitchen drawers, filthy refrigerator shelves. The closet smelled musty and humid. The wallpaper is taped on the brick wall. There was no WiFi code posted anywhere, so I used the phone number of the owner that is printed in the book. No response. I decided to leave. Finally, after trying to communicate to owner via the app, I received a phone call from the woman who manages the property. I explained that I didn't stay there last night and I wasn't planning on staying there tonight. Days later, after reaching out via text to see if I could get a refund, she told me she couldn't give me even a partial refund.
