"Clean & safe place at a fair price. A friend who stayed there said he was concerned about the checklist they required is to sign. It basically was a list of things you would have to agree not to do or risk being kicked out with possibly the police involved (drugs, parties, guns, being noisy,etc.). While I agree it's telling of what the area can sometimes be up against, there's nothing you can do of you need to stay on the area. I'm just glad that unlike some of the other hotels, this place will kick out the riff raff. It makes me want to stay there knowing they won't let obnoxious people ruin my stay."
