Diversão e tranquilidade pra toda familia

Tivemos uma experiência excepcional no resort, muito graças ao atendimento de toda a equipe. Um destaque especial para a Gigi que arrasou nos risotos, o Gabriel do restaurante principal, sempre simpático com nosso filho e fez o melhor suco de limão que já tomamos, Além claro do moça das toalhas, sempre educada com todos. Pra ganhar 5 estrelas só falta adicionar red bull no all inclusive e mais diversão para os pequeninos menores que 5 anos. Em resumo, a atenção ao cliente realmente faz a diferença, e isso o resort entrega com excelência. Com certeza volteremos em breve!

Excelente resort. Alimentação, conforto, praia e piscina, bebidas e acolhimento são os pontos positivos dos dias que passamos lá. Um ponto que pode melhorar é a existência de uma estação no restaurante com alimentos sem lactose e glúten. Isso ajuda muito quem é intolerante. Percebi apenas uma sobremesa com essa indicação.

Resort bom, muito novo e algumas melhorias

Resort muito novo, atendimento impecável! Algumas considerações para melhoria futura apenas. Mas em primeiro lugar ficamos em um apartamento no primeiro andar (116) e a “sala de jogos” que não é uma sala fechada e fica muito próxima dos quartos, assim como o pub então fazia muito barulho no quarto até as 23h ainda mais com bebe no quarto não era agradável! Alguns quartos nao tem sacada como o nosso então sentimos falta de um varal! Segundo ponto no bar da praia faltou ter petiscos lá para quem fosse servir e levar para a areia! A comida do hotel era muito boa, mas 2 pontos chamaram atenção: primeiro o arroz e feijão eram sempre frios, pra mim não mudou nada mas para meu sogro foi muito relevante, outra observação importante apesar de ter churrasco todos os dias faltaram petiscos mais leves por exemplo caldinhos, ceviches etc, com menor quantidade de fritura, tudo ali em volta da piscina era frito! Agora pontos positivos e muito importantes: bebida de excelente qualidade, drinks muito bem feitos em ambiente limpo e adequado, atendimento nota 10, cervejas sempre geladas e em muitos pontos, térmicas da praia sempre carregadas e geladas, limpeza dos quartos bem feita, recreação nota 10, café da manhã perfeito, muito variado e bem servido! No geral gostei muito do resort mas em relação aos petiscos na piscina acredito que ainda possa evoluir acrescentando qualidade!
