"Property was spotless host was charming very helpful would stay again"

Beach house 200m to beach.Stylish, Modern Sleeps 6. Suit Summer or Winter break
"The Beach House is a great dog friendly place to stay on a lovely quiet street. The garden is safe & secure with plenty of places to sit. The open kitchen / dining area extension is a great space to chill and cook with loads of utensils and pans. The double bedroom was comfortable and the en-suite a great addition. We didn’t use the lounge much as we were out a lot, but is another great space to relax. The welcome hamper was amazing & really great to have milk, orange juice & bottled water in the fridge. The Golden Sands beach was dog friendly and absolutely beautiful. A quick shortcut to the beach is to turn right and walk round the corner along the street called Golden Acre. Walk between the houses at the end, cross over the bridge with the white railings and then straight across the main road and up the steps. It’s a bit of a hike up and over the dune but you come out straight next to the Seaview Cafe. Straight from there is the dune down to the beach.Maxine was a great host checking it to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return again as a house is our preference to a static caravan of which seems to be a popular choice for rentals on the Lincolnshire coast."
