Staff were not helpful, moved the reception into the restaurant so we’re queuing to check in, in a busy restaurant. Had dinner in the restaurant 2 nights, had to get staff attention for more drinks, was not taken care of. Room was average, bathroom needs updating, air con didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable.

Bit like a Premier Inn, you know what to expect

Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall! Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning

Lovely stay

Its a nice hotel for us, friendly staff,good breakfast , its in a good location to get into germany and Belgiumand other tourist areas the town center in sittard has shops and plenty of restaurants

Poor customer service

We have not stayed at Fletcher since Covid. Restaurant was not up to previous standard. Front desk receptionist was insistent on collecting @6 euros for early check although she did not collect the fee from other guests. A manager made arrangements for is to check in without the fee and she was resisant, stubborn and unhelpful. Probably will never recommend Fletcher to friends. Bad customer relations.

First night in the Netherlands, not forgotten

Fantastic service at the hotel, my first time out of Scotland and I spent it in the Fletcher hotel. Greeted by two lovely people who both spoke English, filled in the details and gave them the car registration for parking. Got my keycard and was in my room within 10 minutes, very kind and understanding staff. Room was clean and big enough, I got the deluxe room, didn't know the bed was split though, Which was interesting as this was a couple's trip. Lovely rainfall shower changed my experience in showers, the bed was super comfy, not a problem at all sleeping. Room service are on the ball and WILL want to clean your room hahah. But just leave the hanger up and they leave a little bag of goodies. Overall amazing time, really made my first trip one to remember.

Average but clean, friendly staff.

Average hotel. Clean, but small rooms. Rooms very noisy, a lot of noise coming from the alley and neighbors. Value for money is good, as pricing is very friendly. Staff is helpful and friendly.
