Jolie maison pleine de charmes
Jolie maison pleine de charmes entourée d'un très grand et beau jardin à la lisière de bois. Idéalement située à une quinzaine de minutes du centre de Lyon.
Bel intérieur, belles chambres, bonne literie.
Un grand calme...
Bémol sur la cuisine qui a un urgent besoin d'un gros lifting (tiroir qui ne fonctionne pas, un des deux fours inutilisable, batterie de cuisine à l'agonie...).
Bémol sur la piscine qui a un besoin urgent d'un gros lifting ( intérieur et plage) ainsi que d'accessoires indispensables en été tels que 2 grands parasols! (il n'y en a qu'un -les autres, très petits, ne servent à rien!).
Et enfin, le portail qui ne ferme plus (mais ça, ce n'est pas très grave...
