The place has one chair for a toddler that has sagged in the middle. No place to sit other than the barstools or the couch. I stayed for a month and it was very uncomfortable. The area is next to a very active late-night cafe and often there were parties at 430 am right outside the window. You're only a two minute walk to Hotel Deville and the square but I stayed on the other side of the square before I booked this listing and it was perfectly peaceful. The shower has no door and the rot from the inevitable spray onto the wood makes the place smell like rotted wood. The listing says 'washer/dryer' but it's in a shared space and often in use. I actually had someone try to open my doorknob at about 10pm while they walked down the shared hallway. You have to remove the curtain rod to open the window. I cleaned the place afterwards and the host is actively trying to extort a 5star rating by saying I didn't and saying if I leave a 5 star review she wont charge me the cleaning bill. I swept, wiped down the bathroom and kitchen and gathered the linen to be washed, did the dishes. I think I left something in the refrigerator and realized it right after I had dropped off the keys.
