There are three bedrooms (please note the maximum occupancy is 6 guests this includes children or infants
There is a master bedroom with luxury sprung king size bed an ensuite bathroom consisting of a toilet, basin, and shower cubicle.

A second bedroom also with luxury sprung king size bed, and a twin bedroom with two full size single beds.
There is a separate main bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bath with shower over shower screen. A cosy high vaulted pine wood ceiling, open plan style sitting room and dining area boasting a 55" Samsung smart TV with NETFLIX access etc , DVD player and bluetooth speaker sound and music system and sound bar.

The Lodge is only one of few properties on the park to have upgraded to include Private SKY FIBRE WIFI broadband. There is also a 32" Samsung smart TV in the master bedroom. The Compact kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob a microwave and a dishwasher , coffee maker and undercounted fridge with one freezer ice box space. ( no washing machine there is laundry on site )
The Lodge also offers full central gas radiator central heating and an electric wood burning effect stove. There is a modern extending dining table seats 6 , and there is instant hot and cold water.
A beautiful lounge with Laura Ashley quality corner sofa and second double sofa seats and accent lighting including range LED wall decor lighting. Double patio doors open to expose the wonderful outside and access to a large south facing decking patio fully equipped with a outdoor corner sofa with coffee table and scatter cushion, and a large wooden al fresco dining table and benches seats 6-8 with a parasol, To the side a further wrap around decking and further grass expanse with two sun loungers and leading to the lake from the side of the lodge.

A shed to rear on request can be used for bike storage. Inside there is a large range of Childrens games and toys.

The park boasts fabulous amenities ( refurbished from April 2023) which can be reached by a shortcut slipway path from Amberwood but far enough not to disturb your stay. (YOU CAN BUY DISCOUNTED PASSES FROM US from 2026 PLEASE CONTACT US AFTER YOUR BOOKING)

The award winning park has an indoor pool featuring a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. During Summer (weather dependent) a heated outdoor pool is open from May half term with sun loungers and wooden adventure playground. the Park is ideal for those looking for a tranquil cosy stay whilst enjoying a short trip to the beach and a trip to Milford on Sea with all its award winning restaurants and cafes, equally enjoy the fully equipped gym. There are also outdoor tennis courts and play areas around the park ensure you can relax or be as active as you wish. Enjoy evening entertainment at the Show or Tides Grill (with Sky Sports & BT Sport) or beach bar (over 18's only) The park has playground areas and the Ancient Woodland Trail to the village is just a 20-30 minute walk from the lodge. There is also an amusement arcade, a small supermarket and off licence (open 7 days ) and a large launderette.
