Awesome hotel in a great location.

Awesome location. In the middle of city center close to everything. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay again if back in town.

Hotel has excellent central location. Single room good with nice step in shower. Had arranged with hotel to be collected from airport but no one turned up. No acknowledgment or apology from hotel. Lobby small and austere with no visitor guides literature etc. Breakfast room dining room very nice but breakfast spread was modest with no extended choice

Except location, seriously bad hotel. Seriously.

Nice location but that's it. Nothing else Just nice location. Do they deserve that stars? I think no cuz bad service and except reception women almost all workers acting highbrow actions and not helpful. Especially in restaurant we really have had terrible and not expected service. Nothing to eat and bad breakfast and irresponsible waiters. Unhappy and surly faces. Anyway if you wanna stay in nice location choose this hotel cuz near to old town but service is important I think. So if you will pay this much money and if you care pulp about service and comfort like us, you can find better hotels with less star or same. Hope I help you with these informations. Thank you.

Excellent location near sites, historic district, opera, restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast in 7th floor restaurant with stunning view. Pleasant room design. Staff somewhat helpful, but also somewhat indifferent. It is not possible to control room temperature at all. :( Toiletries are provided in small individual packages which is not environmentally friendly.
