Disliked: Cleanliness
Very disappointed with this property as we arrived and the apartment wasn’t ready. Beds appeared like they someone had literally left when we got there. There was spoilt food in the fridge and the bin wasn’t emptied. The bathrooms were also dirty and skid marks in the toilet. Fire alarms were also not installed. We also didn’t receive information on how to access the property after 3 hours of making contact asking for them. The owner was also rude when we asking for parking assistance and accusing us of causing issues when we are asked for the property to be cleaned and threatening to kick us out. Not happy with the service at all.
