Close to the famous medieval town of Saint-Émilion, the house is located in the locality of Jamard, offering tranquility surrounded by vineyards. Whether you're a wine lover or not, come and enjoy this renovated house with family or friends, featuring a private, enclosed garden with no overlooked views. The ground floor of the gîte features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a separate living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bathroom/WC. Upstairs, there is a large master bedroom (140 x 200 cm bed) with its adjoining and semi-partitioned shower room / WC, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding vineyard. The accommodation has gas heating (extra charge from January 1 to April 26 and from October 1 to December 31). Wifi internet access. For a simple stay, you can rent sheets and towels (paid services). Take advantage of your stay to visit the wine estate, discover the work of the vineyard and the wine with tasting with Olivier and Carine, 4th generation of this passionate winegrowing family. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
