What an opportunity to own waterfront with deep water! Great property with so much potential. Once was an operating marina so there are many slips with electric to the piers. The house is in need of updating and the attic could possibly be finished off for more space. The house is in good repair with an updated bathroom and a very large kitchen. Possibilites are endless here so check it out!
