Parts of the hotel were under construction for up grades to the hotel. Our room was still very quiet. My 9yr & 7yr boys loved the breakfast in the morning and the pool! We stayed at this hotel to be close to Luray Caverns. My boys did not want to leave the hotel. They enjoyed the hotel more than the caverns, Would really recommend and like to go back.

Was under renovation, but that does not excuse the non working ice machines, only second floor working. Out side the front door was covered in cigarette butts, appears to not have been cleaned in weeks. Thermostats in rooms do not work.

Don’t stay here…being renovated and there are pets

This hotel should’ve let people know, right at hotels.com site, that they are under renovation. They should have closed it for a week and renovated a floor, then open it back up and let guests stay in that floor while they continue working on the rest of the hotel. We really felt our bed was too lumpy, and we were sneezing inside our rooms more than outdoors. Could be partially due to the fact there are now pets allowed in the hotel and all that dust. We should have stayed at the Holiday Inn next door.

So check in was really easy and quick, place is clean,my only complaint is the back side of the hotel is literally 50 yards from Interstate 81 and you can most definitely hear trucks all night long

I was put in a hearing disabled room instead of a regular handicapped room - they didn't have another one to move me to. Had trouble using the bathroom with a regular tub and no grab rails. They blamed Expedia for the screw up. Did not know that this hotel does NOT clean the rooms during your stay. I thought it was that they just didn't change your sheets daily. Disappointing.
