We needed to use the sofa bed, and when we requested sheets for it, thats all they brought... no extra pillows or blankets. The sofa bed was small for 2 kids. The beds were too hard and uncomfortable. The room looked clean, but smelled moldy. It was fine for 1 night, but I would not have wanted to stay there longer.

Terribly sorry customer service.

It was ok , we were in town from Texas on an emergency with our 3 babies under 3. We had only booked for one day because we were going to head home, but the next day we realized we needed to re book the room and our babies were napping when we decided so i booked again and paid in the hotels.com app to save a trip to the office when we were all exhausted and catching up on rest. Anyways, after paying and reserving the room again, the office began harassing us that we needed to cancel the booking we just paid for and pay directly with the property or leave the hotel and check in at 3 despite not needing the room clean and booking the same room. I explained if i cancel i won't get that money back right away and that I'll be ultimately paying twice since i already booked and paid for the room. After i explained this i was told i could pay 30 extra dollars for early check in which is ridiculous given the fact if i had reserved 2 nights originally for the same price, would i have to get out and check in again anyways? I will never again stay here. They are a rip off for minimal amenities. I'm a disabled veteran and small children. Plus they don't even have breakfast when they say they offer it.

I needed to stop for the night on a long drive between RI & NC. All I needed was a cozy bed, a hot shower, & peace/quiet, nothing fancy. That’s exactly what I got. Great location off of I-81. Great diner for breakfast right next door.

The expedia rep charged me way too much for this old room. He sais it my was a new motel, very old. Should have been $79 for the room, charged me $204, there should be a law how much you can charge . This is highway robbery. Nit happy with mt stay or price, i expect a full refund. Ms. Sexton 11/14/24 UPDATE room fee total was $350 on my charge card. i am disputing this charge with [my bank. the room fee at front desk was $79 .

I have stayed here multiple times when visiting friends in Woodstock and preferred it to the other places up the road. Unfortunately I will not be returning after the last trip. The woman at the front desk is great. The man, not so great.
