Every thing. No manager on duty when we arrived. He was at the beach. Waited 90 minutes to get a room. No hot water in the shower. Power went out the first night. Water went out the 2nd night. Total apathy on the part of management. No breakfast in the morning. No extra blanket. Air conditioning out. We were alone, no staff or other guests. Loud noises in the middle of the night. We left after 2 nights.

The design of the facility and its relationship to the foliage was spot on. The pool was clean and warm. The teakwood tables and benches in the dining area were amazing. The staff is warm and friendly. The only bummer was the microwave was on the fritz. Absolutely lovely property. One block walk to the beach, and the beach is stunning.

Eu gostei da localização e staff. O hotel fica a poucos metros da melhor praia da orla piauiense, a praia de Maramar. O hotel precisa investir em um portão e recepção fora do horário comercial.

Pousada horrível, sem Tv no quarto, chuveiro elétrico quebrado, chegamos não tinha ninguém pra nos atender por que o responsável tinha saído pra jantar. Quando reservei informava que tinha café incluso e lá não tinha tem no site fotos do café da manhã é só mentira horrível pessimo longe de tudo nem um café tem próximo da pousada

Péssima experiência. O quarto estava com mau cheiro, o chuveiro mal funcionava e a água saía pelas entradas dos fios, oferecendo risco de choque. Atendimento ruim, sem preocupação em ajudar. Disseram que o café da manhã estava incluso, mas não teve. Solicito o estorno do valor do café.

Péssima.

Horrível essa pousada não era nem pra está disponível pra aluguel, sem estrutura nem uma de pousada banheiro todo quebrado, o café da manhã incluso não teve, os caseiros não ficaram na pousada. Enfim paguei por uma diária sai antes com minha família. Longe de tudo a praia que ela fica perto é deserta fica 26 km de Luís Correia.

Pousada tem boa localização. Mas é difícil de encontrar até nos aplicativos, não tem uma indicação na área como outras. Tem instalações necessárias mas não tem gerência !! Wi-fi péssima! Tv não funcionou! Ofereceu mudança de quarto mas já instalados não aceitei. Entrei e sai sem uma orientação, recepção devida, nada. Claramente mal gerenciada!!!
