Beautiful newly constructed two-rooms apartment, in a super strategic area, very close to the center of Lugano!

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a brand new building.

In this beautiful newly built apartment apartment, you will find every comfort you could wish for. We have thought of every detail, so that you will feel pampered as if you were at home.

Check-in is completely independent. You will receive a code and, starting from 3 PM, you will be able to enter the apartment at any time you wish, even late at night.

You will also enjoy a free private parking slot on site.

The room is very welcoming and bright. It is furnished with high quality furniture and features a large double bed with sheets and duvet. In addition, each guest has two types of pillows available, so they can choose their favorite one for sleeping. There is also a large mirror and a 50 '' 4K QLED Smart TV, where you can connect with your Netflix account, AmazonPrime, etc.

Of course, there is also a powerful Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

There is a nice sofa in the living room that becomes a very comfortable double sofa bed with a 20-cm mattress if needed. There is also a second single sofa bed, so that up to 5 guests can be accommodated at the same time. For new parents (upon request) there is also a crib, complete with a 10-cm mattress.

The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have at your disposal a kettle, a toaster, an electric juicer, a microwave oven and of course a Nespresso coffee machine. Upon arrival you will find some free capsules as a welcome gift and basic spices and condiments (salt, sugar, pepper, oil and vinegar).

The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, double sanitary fittings (toilet and bidet) and a sink with drawers. You will also have at your disposal shampoo, shower gel and of course towels and a hairdryer.

For those who need it there is also a washing machine, a dryer rack and even an iron.

Finally, outside you will have a small terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif or dinner by candlelight.

Absolutely marvelous stay

To start, I'm a hotel girl- I like reliability and comfort. When traveling I dont want to do the same home tasks. So my bar is quite high for short stay rentals. The whole experience w pure lux was on point. Beautiful apartment EXACTLY like the pics. Super market around the corner, bus station 4 min walk, 20 min walk to the lake, so easy to communicate with, bedding more comfortable than the hotels we've stayed at, and very affordable for the area. Highly recommend and I came for a conference that is recurring, will definitely book again!
