Wonderful property with the exceptional staff and service.
Very spacious rooms and very well equipped. Service was outstanding. Food was unbelievable. Closs to everything in Lucerne.
The location was walking distance from the main train station (not on cobblestone). We had a lake front room with a balcony and it was worth it. The hotel room was ornate and had little things that were cool and made us feel welcome. Keep in mind that the hotel is pretty big (long) and they have a nice indoor pool including a small sauna. Also, the casino next door isn't attached (and I would skip it as it's not worth the visit). The hotel is walking distance to the old part of town but was near a really good local restaraunt (Rebstock). We only stayed one night but it was good one. I'd recommend!

This hotel was beautiful, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and the view from our balcony was unbeatable. It would be nice if they offered transportation to the train station, but it was such a nice day that we didn't mind the walk.
