C’est un quartier qui craint, le petit chalet est très compliqué a trouvé… C’était sale il y avait même un chewing-gum collé au plafond. Le voisinage n’est pas commande.. je vous le déconseille pour une raison autre qu’une fête

Cabanon vétuste mais pas de chalet

Nous avions loué cet hébergement pour 2 nuits, nous sommes repartis dès le lendemain quitte à payer un hôtel ailleurs ! L'annonce indique un chalet , hors comme le stipule le commentaire précédent il s'agit d'un cabanon collé à une caravane! Impossible de se tenir debout dans les "chambres" si vous mesurez plus d'1m75 ! L'état de vétusté, et l'hygiène du logement nous ont conduit à écourter notre séjour. Différents points (liste non exhaustive) que nous avons relevé : - le portail ne ferme pas (non sécurisé pour des enfants) - extérieur non entretenu - l'état de propreté général du logement est très bas - le chauffe eau fuit et goutte sur les WC, - lavabo bouché - l'état de saleté de la balayette et de la douche - odeur nauséabonde dans la cuisine - il n'y a que 2 petites cuillères! - les poignées intérieures des 2 "chambres" sont cassés, il est donc impossible d'ouvrir la porte depuis l'intérieur, ce qui est dangereux avec des enfants - des fils électriques sans protection et des prises cassées - des lampes qui ne fonctionnent plus - l'assise de 3 des 4 chaises est cassé - traces de salissures, sur les murs, les portes, les fenêtres... En résumé, une très mauvaise expérience !

Cabanon amélioré.

Horrible. Après avoir vu le paradis pendant 12 jours à solenzara avec terrasse vue mer et piscine, nous avons connus l'enfer, heureusement que nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours. Nous ne sommes pas du genre à nous plaindre, mais là c'était la désolation. Décris comme un chalet, moi j'appelle ça un cabanon amélioré adossé à une vielle caravane faisant office de chambre. Bref pas envie de rester dans cette location pas de véritable terrasse, extérieur pas entretenu et intérieur laissant à désirer et ne parlons pas du spa. J'espère que ce commentaire, sera affiché car tout ceci est la strict vérité de ce que nous avons découvert. Je vais même faire la demande d'un remboursement car le tarif ne justifie pas les prestations. j'ai pris des photos à l'appui. Je le redis le jour et la nuit entre notre première location du 06 au 18 juillet et celle ci pour un tarif équivalent. Je ne conseil cette location à personne car il n'y a aucun confort même la douche n'a aucune pression d'eau froide . Désolé d'être aussi négatif mais nous étions beaucoup mieux en dehors de la location.
