Located in the Heart of Lubec. Enjoy everything that Lubec has to offer from the center of the village. Guests will enjoy a stay in a quaint early 1900's arts and crafts home, just steps away from the amenities of Lubec. You can hear the church bells and SummerKeys concerts from the house. Walk to nearly all amenities: Library, restaurants, brewery, grocery store, bank and even Canada. 5 miles to West Quoddy Head Lighthouse.
Relax on the front porch or in the private garden. Enjoy all of the amenities of home in this cozy 3 bedroom: 1 king and 2 queen beds. The 1 bathroom in the home is located on the second floor with a claw foot tub shower insert. If you have mobility issues, this house might not be best suited for you.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered outside porch, sunporch or outside garden area.
You will have access to the entire house: living room, dining room, sun porch, front porch, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, side tables, dressers and clothing rack.
