Summary: Enjoy your next stay at Hoff Gardens. This upstairs 1177 sqft unit is one of four fully furnished apartments in a complex only 2 miles from Texas Tech University. This unit has been completely remodeled inside and has all the amenities to make you to feel right at home. Enjoy the comfortable furniture, large smart TVs, and seasonal pool access! With so much space, there is plenty of room to spread out. Perfect for short and long stays.
The Space: In the living room you'll find a large and inviting sofa that is perfect for napping. This area will also allow you to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV and any of your favorite streaming services. Please plan on using your own logins for the smart TV as there is no cable and be sure to log out before you leave. If you should need to do some work during your stay, there is a desk space available in the living room.
The kitchen and dining room area has everything you'll need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many restaurants or to make your own home cooked meals. There is an electric stove and microwave provided as well as pots, pans, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen area and has seating for 4 at the table. In the spacious bathroom, you'll find a tub/shower combo and large vanity. There is a hair dryer in the drawer and plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.
The enormous bedroom has a king size bed, with nightstands and bedside lamps as well as closet and dresser storage for your clothes and luggage. This bedroom has a patio, its own smart TV for your entertainment, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin size roll-out bed in the closet for an additional guest to sleep on.
This unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. Assigned covered parking spots are behind the units or you are welcome to park in the cul-de-sac by the pool area.
There is a pool at this property that is available seasonally. The pool should open around the end of May but please check with us to see if the pool will be open during your stay.

We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. The owner has severe pet allergies so there will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
Parking for this unit is directly off of 35th Street. From 34th Street, you will turn south on Ave U and then east on 35th until you will come to a circular drive. If you turn right into the apartment parking area, you will find a reserved space for this apartment behind the units. If parking there is not available, you may park in the circular drive. There is also a photo in the listing that shows where to park.

The Neighborhood: This apartment is located directly off 34th Street between University and Ave Q. It is located in the historic Clapp Park area of Lubbock. Since it is so close to Texas Tech, there are a lot of students in this area and you will see a lot of people walking at all hours. There are a plenty of unique shops and restaurants in this area.
Getting Around: Lubbock is a large city and has poor public transportation options. It is recommended that you have your own vehicle, although Uber and Lyft are alternative options.
Other Things to Note: Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee.
Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We require 24 notice for early check out alterations.
