House was great. The only thing that didn’t give this place 5 stars was because the Jacuzzi was not working. Even if it was, the jacuzzi was dirty (needed to be thoroughly cleaned) and had debris sitting at the bottom.

Family Fun

The property was spacious and in a great neighborhood. There were many activities to keep the family occupied. We played miniature pool, indoor hoop shots and arcades. The only reason it did not receive four stars was because it needs a deep cleaning and yard work but we over all had a wonderful time at this property

Love the home

The house was amazing. The location was perfect and close to just about everything. We spent a lot of our time in the backyard and really enjoyed the hot tub.

Would be great if it was cleaner

We booked this house months ago, it was the location we needed and had the space we needed. We were pleased when we first walked in, until we noticed that while the sheets looked cleaned, the kitchen and bathrooms were not. There were dishes in the dishwasher, food in the fridge, freezer was gross, Hair and dirt in the bathroom sinks and showers (both). Master toilet needs repaired, and sliding doors won't stay closed. Floors and rugs dirty. Back lawn overgrown and mosquito pond full of mosquitoes. No kitchen towels, and 2 small rolls of TP per bathroom, for a weeks stay. Overall was super disappointing.

Dirty Floors, Mosquitoes, Bugs

Don’t like giving negative reviews, but this place was a mess. Found wet towels still in dryer, so rewashed with our own detergent and dried them for our use. Floors were filthy, not mopped, not vacuumed. Backyard unkempt with small mosquito breeding decorative pond (shaped like Texas) - they are us up so bad that we couldn’t even use the very cool hot tub on back porch. Master bath toilet filled slow and had to be flushed several times with each use. Felt like a cheap motel, rather than a guest home- like hosts were more about cutting corners and saving money, than they were caring for their guests. Will never return and pretty much “done” with ever using Vrbo again!

Such a nice place!

Was super easy to find, very close to shopping and restaurants. Very very clean. The fire pit and hot tub were so nice to relax in and around. Very easy to find, 5 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Will definitely stay again!

We went to spend 4th of July in lubbock but the event got rained out. The house had plenty of entertainment to make family memories

not able to relax

The property manager was apologetic, and responsive, but the property was not clean and there were several issues with the property (broken fixtures, trash and food from prior renter). The manager was accommodative, allowing us to check in about an hour early, and that could have lead to some of the issues we experienced. At the end of the day, we left with a "not so clean feeling", and none of us really felt comfortable in the house because of it.

Amazing home, comfy, hot tub too!

We just loved our stay here at Candie's home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were a family of 5 visiting our daughter so all 6 of us there enjoying ourselves while getting her own house settled. This home is homey, comfy, roomy, peaceful & just perfect for your next stay in LBK ! ♡♡♡

Everything was just as described and even a little better! Was a great place to stay to visit our daughter and new grandbaby! Candice was an excellent host and quick to respond to all messages! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

This VRBO suited our needs well. The beds are high, so that could be an issue for elderly people. The host was quick to respond to questions. It worked perfectly for our needs.

Beautiful home and great location

We had a larger group in town for my daughters graduation. The house was very conveniently located to Texas Tech. The home was clean, including the hot tub. Plenty of towels and hot water for us all, beds were comfortable, check in and communication was great. The game room was a sweet bonus and we all enjoyed a few old school games. I would definitely recommend for a group of any size.
