It is very close to night market and morning market. Breakfast was included, with some options (no rice options though). Nestled inside the neighborhood, it is definitely quieter than a guesthouse by the Main Street or larger road would be. No cars pass by this guesthouse as the road isn’t large enough for cars to go through.

Absolutely Filthy

The guesthouse was in a good location and the staff was fair. But it was absolutely filthy. There was thick black grime on the counter top and in the shower. The little red thing shown in the picture next to the sink is the cap of a toothpaste tube from a previous guest. The glass in the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The sheets were wrinkled and did not appear to be changed from the prior guest.

Good Choice for Mandalay

Room was a bit small and noisy; bathroom was the standard wet bathroom, with old fixtures. There was hot water, but water pressure was fairly low. Wi-fi was so-so — frequently slow and inconsistent. On the plus side, room had A/C plus a fan, and an LCD TV with a good selection of channels. Breakfast was good, and the woman managing the place was exceptionally nice and helpful. Location was also good, about a 10 minute walk from the night market and all the restaurants. Room rate is very reasonable, so all said this is a good choice if you’re OK with a standard (not luxury) hotel.

Breakfast is very good, its in a good area near the night market and many sites but it doesn't look that they clean anything other than the bed sheets. For similar price and even cheaper I've stayed in a lot better accommodations in Laos. Wifi is really bad, it comes and goes... But that has been the case all over Laos so it may not be guesthouse's fault.

Great location with all basic requirements met.

Very warm welcome and very attentive staff. Room was equipped with all necessities in luding 2 fresh towels daily despite being the sole occupant of the room.. Excellent air conditioning but with a faint odor in the bathroom. Genenous breakfast. Perhaps unchipped and unstainef crockery would have improved the breakfast experience. An offer to take desk magazines to the room to read was appreciated.

Very nice guesthouse

We booked a double room and we were more yhan happy with the room! There was a BIG double bed (extra bed) + a single bed. The room was very clean and the bathroom as well. Ben (think he was the owner) greeted us with a fruit platter and juice and was and showed us a map of the town and where to go and what to do and helped us book a few stuff as well. The breakfast and the wi-fi in the room were good as well. The only negative i can think of was that the hot water didn't get so hot. It wasn't cold, but just not so hot. Would definitely recommend this!

Zimmer hat angenehme Größe ist aber sehr hellhörig. Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern sind deutlich hörbar. Es gibt Fenster ohne Fliegengitter, keine Glasscheiben nur Holzklappläden.

安宿エリアにあり、１本奥へ入るので、探すのに苦労した。部屋には窓はなく、電気をつけないとまっくら。ただ、朝食がついてこの値段なら文句はつけられないか。好みの問題だが、もう少しお金を出して、景色の良い部屋を探したほうがいいと思う。あたりにたくさんある。
