I wasn’t able to stay at the location booked as it was not available upon my arrival although I was able to book via Expedia. The property support was able to reassign me to rooms at their other location, Kiridara Luang Prabang, but I have not been able to get confirmation of the pricing for the reassigned rooms and appropriate refund as I believe the new room charges are less than what I paid for the villa room.

Location is perfect near Main Street. In front of villa, there are construction site and many workers are camping there. They make a noise until midnight. This make us disappointed.
