The manager was very nice and the same person when we originally checked in and checked out. He was genuinely asking how we liked our stay. The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for to sleep overnight.

Nope… bed bugs and other issues

We stayed for 4 nights in one room and my step-daughters met us for two nights in a separate room (room 315). The staff was fairly stand-offish and uninterested in being helpful. The smoke detector had a low battery, so we asked them to change it. They just replaced it with a different detector but must have been the same battery because it was still beeping at us constantly, like it was low. We had to constantly ask for clean towels, toilet paper, etc, as no one was checking the room. They only cleaned, changed trash, and changed the sheets after the first night. At least two of the towels and the top bed sheet had what appeared to be dried blood on it. But the absolute worst thing was that one of my the daughters woke up with bug bites all over her and then they promptly checked for bed bugs. There were signs of bugs and they even found a live one. The clerk acted like it wasn’t a big deal and would pass the info along to a manager. That was all that was said about it. Like it was no big deal. I would avoid this place.

Second thoughts

Bed was spacious & firm, no bed bugs. Did find a few roaches, so we tossed our food. A/C was broke and barely blew any cool air in 80 degree night. We asked for an AARP discount but was denied due to booking online. At least offered disabled room, all-the-way-the-other-end of the parking lot from the office & ice machine (Not so convenient)

It was close enough the KFC Yum and it was cheap! The room was nice. The only downside was that the room just couldn’t cool down at all, but I’ll chalk that up to it being insanely hot outside and that the AC couldn’t keep up with it.

Got what I needed....very satisfied

I was very satisfied with my stay. Yes, it was an older hotel and maybe a little tired. But the price was very reasonable and you get what you pay to for. I was surprised, in my opinion, very comfortable. I could complain, oh, there was a cigarette burn in comfortable, but that doesn't effect my comfort. I was very happy with a cheap, quick stay....that's all I needed and I got it.

Most horrible experience in my life

This was the most horrible experience that I had ever had. The hotel has so much traffic in and out. The room smelled like dog urine and most of all I couldn’t shower that night after driving for several hours because there was no towels to give out. I didn’t feel safe at all people were out walking back and forth all night. This is definitely not a place to take your kids and family.

Room smelled like mildew and mold. Had to turn off the a/c due to smell. There were bugs in the room. The top cover had a blood stain. The carpet was very dark with stains. ALL of the outlets in the room were worn out. Finally, the door closed and locked but there was a gap between the door and the doors threshold.
