Great location only

The location of this property was absolutely perfect—convenient and close to everything we wanted to explore, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The interior was surprisingly underwhelming. There were no closets, mirrors, or even hangers, which made unpacking a hassle. One wine glass? Really? And for the price of the stay, it wouldn’t hurt to invest in a 15 pack of hangers—especially since there’s nowhere else to hang clothes. The towels were thin and scratchy, and there were none of the basic complimentary kitchen items you’d expect in a rental, which made the place feel more like a stripped-down motel than a welcoming home.As for the hot tub, we were excited to use it, but it was essentially unusable due to a constant swarm of flies in the backyard—definitely not the relaxing experience we had hoped for. Overall, the space lacked the thoughtful, comforting touches that make guests feel cared for. Disappointing, to say the least.

Quick trip

The place is cute and spacious but it was very dusty especially the air vents. Not many utensils, we had to buy some plastic ones to get us through the weekend.

Great location, cool property.

The house was beautifully decorated, reasonably priced, and in an excellent location. However, a few improvements could make it truly exceptional:•Hot Tub – The breaker tripped every time we turned it on, so we were unable to use it all weekend.•Kitchen Essentials – There were only about three sets of silverware instead of enough for six. The coffee mugs were chipped, and only four were provided. Additional dishcloths, towels, paper towels, and basic condiments like salt and pepper would be appreciated.•Linens & Towels – The bed linens were stained, and there were not enough bath towels. Additionally, there was no place to hang used towels in the bathrooms.•Remote Batteries – The batteries for the TV and fan remotes were dead, requiring us to purchase replacements.•Communication – While responses were prompt, there was a lack of follow-through on addressing concerns.

Property by it self not worth the price paid with limited crockeries and long used towels no closets no hangers or hooks. The main bedroom with bathroom cleaning fans was heavily dusty overall property was dusty and needs deep cleaning, the washer-dryer holder broken up and the floors have holes most places. The neighbourhoods and surroundings is attractive and quite safe.

Perfect for our bourbon tour

Great place in a great location. Close to downtown. Plenty of coffee/bars/restaurants in the area. The home was clean, and check-in/arrival was very easy. Plenty of parking in front an in the alley behind.

Cute House

We booked this house for a girls weekend. The location was really close to places to get a drink and a bite to eat. The hot tub was added fun! The only down side was the lack of mirrors in the home. It was challenging to get ready for a night/day out with 6 ppl and only 2 bathrooms. I would recommend putting a couple floor length mirrors in the bedrooms and maybe a couple more towels.

Great spot to explore Louisville

My family and I stopped in Louisville for two nights on our spring break road trip to check out the town. We found tons to do outside, nearby so we could enjoy the lovely spring weather.very cool neighborhood, near restaurants, shops etc. the house was awesome, very clean and comfy. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

Nicely decorated place, great location

Overall, our stay here was fine. The neighborhood is nice with several good restaurants (Pizza Lupo) and a few shops within walking distance. It was also very convenient to the highway and downtown. I felt safe in the neighborhood, parking was very easy and it was quiet. The house is very well-decorated--you can tell that whoever decorated it put a lot of time and effort into the look of the house. And the courtyard area is nice too--the hot tub was great and was the primary reason that I spent a little more on this particular house. When I arrived, the house was unlocked in the back and the floor had not been fully swept. There was debris all over. My other issue with this house is that it felt very bare bones to me. They have just enough equipment in the kitchen to cook but that's really it. They gave us exactly one dishwasher tab, one dryer sheet and two trash bags for a 4-day stay. And for a house that advertises up to 6 adults, there are 3 hot tub towels and 5 bath towels in the entire house. The coffee pot was usable but broken and the handle on the dryer is completely gone. There are also no dressers, no hooks, no hangers, no closets so there is no where to put your clothes other than your suitcase and no where to hang wet towels. When I brought up the fact that the place was unclean and had some issues, the owner told me I had no tact and then stopped communicating with me. For the price, I expected more--it was fine, just don't expect anything extra.

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay for a long weekend in Louisville. Great location, able to walk to coffee shop each morning. Used the hot tub each evening. Loved that each room had king size beds so nobody had to worry about which room you get.

Great location and beautiful property!

This was just perfect for our family. Easy five minute drive to so many things to do. Wonderful space for everyone to enjoy. The modern decor is so beautiful. We really enjoyed the enclosed porch and hot tub. Would definitely recommend!
