Contacted manager about internet and TV issues. Never responded with a solution or offered help to correct the issue. Kitchen had one fork for two people to use. No coffee filters for coffee pot.

When I arrived at the property one of the windows was busted out. I immediately contacted the host and explained as a female traveling alone this was a safety concern for me. The host did respond quickly and say that he was unaware but would work on getting it fixed. It was never fixed during my stay and I never heard back from the host until I was asked to leave a rating at check out.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying in this place. Everything exceeded our expectations, except the hairdryer was not working. It's close to a train rail so the evening could be a bit noisy but it didn't bother us too much. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely book again next time I visit Louisville.

VRBO itself was clean, cute, as described. Just needs someone to give it a good once over before new guests. Comforter was disgusting with stains everywhere. Owner said comforter and sheets are washed offsite and swapped out. Current one should have never been put back on. No dishwasher detergent to wash dishes so did by hand, but no towels to dry. Ceiling fan in bedroom didn't work, blow dryer didn't work, wifi sketchy. Minor things that just added up.

Great location, rough connection

We really thought the place was beautiful and simple, and it was very clean! We enjoyed the location as it is so close to many local eateries and fun little shops. It was walkable and enjoyable. We were on a rest trip, so we were hoping to use the TV with internet, but the WI-FI connection didn’t work well. When we tried to reach the hosts, we never heard back from them through the app, except for automatic info about check-in and checkout. If there had been major issues (plumbing, electric, etc.), we would have had a huge problem. Other than the lack of comms and the WI-FI trouble, this is a real diamond in a great location!
