I’ve stayed here before and would again, even though this time wasn’t a good experience. The rooms are always clean and the service is excellent. One time the bed was broken and I was promptly moved. This time the heat was stuck on and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. My child fell asleep before we could move so it was like (trying to) sleep on the surface of the sun! Better luck next time…

My check in was quick and easy. My room was clean and nice. All staff was friendly. I liked all the restaurants within walking distance. I also LOVED the 24 hour coffee machine with various brew selections-light to dark; and there was always a pitcher of cold coffee cream in the mini fridge! Not a fancy hotel by any means, this is bare bones basic but that was all I required and my stay was great!

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was reasonably priced. It was nice and clean. It even had a window seat. Check in and out was quick and easy with friendly staff. The location was very convinient (only 2 minutes from work). I would definitely stay there again. The only problems I had was the TV remote was very worn and hard to change stations and the handycap shower head would not stay in the top position, so it was a challenge to wash my hair. I also would request clean towels for the next day.

My first impression came when I arrived to check in and the host seemed very inconvenienced. He barely said two words to me. Smashed the buttons on the keypad to set my room key. The entire place smells like cigarette smoke. Though I reserved a non-smoking, the room still smelled like smoke. It was hard to breath and I was concerned I’d leave smelling like smoke, along with my belongings. I will add, the lady that helped me check out was very pleasant and helpful.
