Communication with the host was definitely a 5 star rating and the condo was just perfect for our stay. The description was spot on and everything they had in stock was so helpful when we would cook. We felt very safe with the gates being there and considering such a busy street it was amazingly quiet! We didn’t even use the sound machines provided. Alan was so helpful and everyone else we were in communication with. Definitely a must to book this place whenever in the area again!!

Everything was great! Very nice location, seemed quiet even though we were right on one of the main streets full of pubs, restaurants etcPerfect size for 2 couples enjoying some time on the Bourbon trail. Easy to use as a home base. Lots to see around the area. Great spots to pop in and grab a pint- Molly's next door was a favorite.

Truly superb property. My friend and I each enjoyed having our own floor with a very comfortable bed, tons of space, and modern and luxurious bathrooms! Outstanding of the owner to provide French press coffee equipment along with fresh beans and a grinder! Unheard of! We also were able to walk to distilleries (30' walk) and walk to many restaurants nearby. 5-stars overall!!!!

Easy Stay!

This property is exactly as described. Location was great, property was spotless and the space so comfy for our group of 4. Loved that we parked and never needed the car until we left. Deidre called us before arrival to inform of us of some parking lot repair. So helpful. I also applaude the easy checkout process. Thanks!Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Perfect home base for a bourbon trail weekend.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Great showers with plenty of water pressure. The owner warned us of traffic noise but we never noticed it. Assigned parking was another plus. Thumbs up!

Great proximity, but…

This property had it all. Clean, well stocked, lovely outdoor space and close to everything we wanted to do. The one and only, not even complaint but mentionable is that this street is rowdy after dark on the weekends. Loud cars, motorcycles, not sure which but it goes on until all hours of the morning. The owner had a sound machine which I was sooo grateful for but it could only drown out so much. I have never been so thankful for rain because that seemed to lessen the cruisers/drag racers! Definitely not something an owner can control, but I think it’s important to know, especially for light sleepers or kiddos.

Convenient location

We stayed a few days before the Kentucky Derby! The only thing I didn’t notice in the listing is that the 2nd bedroom is three stories high so quite a bit of stairs. But we did great there.

Weekend Get A Way

Location was good; there was street noise but not bad. White noise units was not used, but it is a nice touch. Definitely need to be able to do stairs; the second bedroom has a alot of steps to get to. It was super clean and comfortable. Nice chairs/sofas in bedrooms, but a plus would be a lamp next to them so that you can enjoy setting and relaxing and READ

Perfect Location and Accommodation

Everything was as expected and told. Deirdre is an awesome host. She is very responsive and makes everything come off without a flaw. She is also a very friendly person. The stay was more enjoyable because of all the little things done well. Our friends requested an extra day and they were allowed without any issue. That was excellent

2-day stay

The townhouse is as listed and great communication with the property manager, very responsive. It’s nice that they provide white noise machines in the rooms for guests who are not use to city noises, very helpful. Love the location and ability to walk around the highlands area, would definitely stay here again.

Huge well appointed townhouse, nicely decorated and some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!Restaurants, bars, art and coffee right out your front door. Rent this place.
