Great spot, only weird thing is you enter below lobby so door is locked most the time and you have to enter via Key. Seems like a small thing but it seems strange to enter that way.

It was clean, well located and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the shades for light blocking at night. The pool was relaxing as well! Would highly recommend this hotel to others! 5 stars

We stayed here bcuz it was close to the kentucky derby festival races start/finish line. Nice place, clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the yum center (we seen brooks & dunn) guest services were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again. Parking was minimum under the hotel, we have diesel truck and got last spot convenient to park a big truck($22/night). Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

I absolutely loved the friendly staff, location and convenance of check in and check out. The room was beautiful and we had a really nice view of the city, as requested. Our refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should’ve been, but they brought us another one the very next morning, unfortunately they forgot to turn it on and all of our food got warm, but they made up for it by waiving our parking fee. Great customer service!!! I will definitely be back and I have highly recommended this Hotel to everyone who is planning to travel to Louisville. Thank you so much!!
