Upstairs, this opened-up 1920s bungalow is built for a crowd: a chef's kitchen with coffee bar, a dining table for 10 plus island seating for 4, a great room with a 65" TV, three remodeled bathrooms and Sealy Hybrid mattresses in every bedroom. Out back, a private patio with grill, fire table and three seating sets sits behind an 8' privacy fence, with off-street parking for three cars.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST
