Welcome to Louannec, in the heart of the superb Pink Granite Coast! Ideally located just 150 meters from the beach accessible on foot and 400 meters from the town and its shops, this spacious and fully furnished house can accommodate up to 10 people. Enjoy a large enclosed garden ideal for children (with games and slide), a large sunny terrace, and a calm setting just steps from the sea.
Perfect for family or friends vacations, just a stone's throw from Perros-Guirec and the wonders of Trégor.
Pass through the gate and take the path leading to the terrace and the entrance door. You will then access a large reception hall. On the left, a vast living area awaits you: you can share your meals around a large dining table for 10 people, or gather in the living room corner, equipped with sofas, a coffee table, and a television. The living room offers direct access to the terrace.
At the bottom, a fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) is available for you to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine.
The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor, two bedrooms: the first has a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a desk, and a wardrobe; the second is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a dressing room. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190 cm), and the other two with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe.
The accommodation includes two bathrooms: the ground floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a hairdryer, while the upstairs bathroom also has a shower and a hairdryer. A second independent toilet is accessible on the ground floor.
