La Perla Exotica is a upper class and exotic property consisting of 2 villas. One is unique classic one floor villa with 6 bedrooms and en-suite large 5 bathrooms. The second one is romantic cozy style with 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped toilet and living room with extendable sofa-bed. Accommodation is available totally for up to 20 people. When reservation is made for up to 12 people, the bigger villa will be at your disposal. If there is a request for using more rooms then 6 (single use), the second house could be used, which leads to an increase the number of guests, corresponding to the number of rooms, respectively the price. All rooms are with a breathtaking ocean and mountain view with 2 swimming pools (outdoor and HEATED indoor). Our villas were built on a plot of 4.300m2 in a safe and quiet area. The villa is just 5 min drive from Puerto de La Cruz town (Playa Jardin and the famous Loro Parque), in addition - easy access to TF5 motorway, shopping areas as well as all other services are seconds away by car; big supermarkets are just 2 min walking distance. LA PERLA EXOTICA has an ideal position to enjoy it all.

VILLAS PERLA EXOTICA has been built on ONLY 1 floor without architectural barriers for your mobility. The living rooms are designed with large windows giving direct access to the outdoor pool area, ocean view, a spacious entrance hall with an extra WC and a spacious independent kitchens with top quality appliances and fittings.
Smart TVs in each room and a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection installed throughout the house with wi-fi coverage in gardens and pool areas as well.
The property welcomes you with an automatic gate at the entrance of the property, and plenty of parking space to easily accommodate 15+ cars. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with large beds and mattresses of top quality and comfort. VILLAS PERLA EXOTICA has it all – exotic, CANARIAN vibe offering luxury and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the ocean/maountain views while having a glass of wine or G&T by the pool or just having your morning coffee or family/friends dinner underneath the palm trees while gazing the round outdoor pool and the ocean.
