Exactly what we wanted!

This cottage was perfect for our 1 month "work-away" stay!! Clean, comfortable, and cute - and in the middle of the most amazing little community. Us and our pups loved our walks and relaxing on the patio. So much good food and coffee in just a few blocks, too!

Our unit met all our needs. It was freshly remodeled and very clean. Was furnished with all the basics you need. King bed was very comfy and we were not bothered by any noise

Sweet cottage near the bay, centrally located

We enjoyed an eight night stay in Cottage #1. Parking spots are easy and the king size bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve experienced. We slept well during our entire stay except for one night when there was some late night people making noises in the street outside. There was an old cottage smell that welcomed us each time we entered. The kitchen was great for our long week and easy to make simple meals. We always appreciate dog friendly rentals that are nice places for humans too. We would stay here again.

Adorable Cottage

My parents loved this cottage! Great location, renovated, and a great size. The kitchen is adorable, coffee maker and coffee are included, and the room is quiet. It has a patio with a fire pit and very relaxing. Plus, dogs are welcome!!!

Just as Described

We had a great time a staying at this cottage. We were in town for a wedding and this was a super convienent location with great views. Nice coffee shop right around the corner with breakfast and a great view with benches right on a dock on the sand. The location is just as the pictures show. We really enjoyed the firepit. Parking is also right in the back of the loundromat.

Cozy Cottage By the Bay

Lovely, cozy cottage with everything a traveler could want. Minutes away by foot from neighborhood laundromat, restaurants, shops and walks on the bay. Beautiful location, quiet, friendly and we'll be back.

Our stay at Baywood Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations. Very cozy and immaculately clean. Loved the shower, fully equipped kitchen & private outdoor area. Check-in was simple and management very easy to communicate with!

Peaceful Stay

First time visit to Baywood Park. Very serene. Property is within a short walk of the water, coffee shop, and restaurants. Overall, great experience. Unit 1 has a fire pit up front and small bbq. Both functional and enjoyable. Definitely a place to return to.

Great hub for central coast day trips

Baywood Cottage #1 was a hit with my husband and our dog! After lazy day trips around the central coast, the evening was spent relaxing on the front patio by the fire. The cottage is located in a small business district, but the location is quiet with minimal foot traffic. The cute kitchen is perfect for easy meals. Great-sized walk-in shower. The bed is comfortable and the furnishings are spartan but in great shape. The unit was very clean-- we will be back!

Very cute, small place

Very cute, small place. Great location, walking distance from great restaurants, a small market and bar. Right by the water. Communication was a bit automated through a company and awkward. Late check outs are charged a fee, regardless of whether or not there is someone coming in that day. Otherwise a great place for a couple for a weekend

Great little town and stay

We really loved the quaintness of Baywood and it’s proximity to the beaches, hiking, and cute little restaurants in town (all within 2-3blocks of this Vrbo). My husband golfed at Morro Bay and loved it, we spent an entire afternoon at the dog beach about 15 minutes away and spent an afternoon in San Luis Obispo 20 minutes away. A total highlight of our trip down the coast with our dogs.
