The house was great. We even had a front yard with Blow up Snowmen and mini trees with lights. Very festive. We were close to SoFi Stadium which is why we were there.

I’m so pleased to make this review. Our host was very helpful and informative, giving us information as we needed it for the area we were staying. The home was amazing. We had four couples traveling together and all stayed very comfortably in this home. Kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer very useful to us. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, shampoo, soap etc…. Neighborhood was family based and we felt very safe in the home. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The house was just right for our family. We all loved the house and the layout. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and neighbors were very friendly. All the mattresses were super comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

First time in Los Angeles, the location was perfect as everything was close by. Communication with host was great! we had a porblem with opening the front door with the code and she was quick to respond and resolve it. There was 11 of us, there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us

Excellent stay

The place was just as listed. We needed a lot of rooms and beds and this fit the bill. We were arriving early for check in day and the place was ready prior due to it being unoccupied the day prior so the host allowed us to check in early which was great and appreciated. Plenty of towels. Overall would stay again.

Family Trip

The trip got off to a rocky start. The check in code didn't work and the host was not responding to messages through VRBO or answering the phone, so I had to reach out to a VRBO agent who had to contact host and get door activated. That all took about 40 to 45 minutes. Mind you it's now 12:30 AM and we finally get the code and as we start to wind down and start getting ready for bed, we find out the master bedroom toilet won't flush and the shower in the master bedroom leaks water downstairs in the hallway. I texted the host and informed her. It was late, so I didn't expect a response till the morning. She responded early that morning and sent a plumber over. She apologized for all the issues we've had so far. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to everything. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. More than enough space for 7 people to move about. Bedrooms downstairs don't have TV's. Had a ironing board, but no iron.Broken blinds in several rooms need to be replaced. Private, fenced in back yard was nice. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in LA.

Brothers Weekend

It was clean. In a relatively good neighborhood (considering some of the neighborhoods around. The houses seemed kept up. This house has some nice things, like how many beds and bedrooms there are. It was clean. It fit our needs great. The beds weee good (it is not a Hilton) Overall a great stay and a great experience. Place seemed safe and clean. And cared for.

Great Stay in LA

We had a wonderful stay. The place is spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay for our large group. The only issue we encountered was with the upstairs bathroom toilet, which occasionally got stuck or wouldn’t flush properly. Despite this inconvenience, the overall atmosphere and communication with the host were excellent. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in LA!

Overall very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, and was within 10 minutes of where we were needing to go. The host was quick to reply when we had a plumbing problem, and had someone over to fix it the next morning.

The property is very nice and in a central location where you can get to everything. The host was just a phone call away to take care of any situation . Thanks again and I would definitely recommend the property and if I come back to Los Angeles I would definitely call to see if the property is available .

California family vacation

Great location, clean, spacious and perfect for families traveling in big groups . Our 15 passenger van fit perfect in the driveway and the neighborhood was quiet and respectful. We would stay here again in the future.
