I arrived on February 14th to find a hostile and unsafe environment, including illegal loitering and activity in the parking lot. Because the property was uninhabitable and safety was compromised, I vacated the premises immediately. I did not stay in the room after checking in and no service was provided. My room smelled of cigarettes, my blanket had what looked like cigarette burn holes in it, the sink was leaking, smoke detector was missing, overall the room definitely was not what I thought I was paying for. It looked nothing like what I booked
