Hotel was supposedly recently renovated, but just seems average. Shower is very low flow and turned cold before shower was completed. All of the outside trash cans were overflowing with trash, both inside and piled on the ground. Seems like a definite lack of staff. Staff we did interact with, such as check-in, were very helpful and efficient.

Clean and quiet hotel with nice suites, and appears was renovated recently. Great pool and hot tub area. Convenient to both the freeway and beach, and would recommend staying here.

No essentials were in the restroom. For what you pay the housekeeper can do a better job and leave hand soap etc for you to wash your hands after using the restroom. Not me using the shower essentials to make it work.

This place was awesome!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom facility. I arrived at 5pm to check in and there was a second floor room ready or I could wait for a first floor room, to which I did and the amazing front desk team gave me free water and snacks! The good: great facilities! A bbq and fire pit which the maintenance team turned on for us. The hot pool was awesome and the sun loungers around the cold pool! (We didn’t try the cold pool). The team provided us a cot for my friend’s baby and that was super helpful. The location was super close to a strip of shops and restaurants and Redondo beach was a short drive away. Free easy parking. The front desk team even let me store my bags for a few hours as I went to drop off my friend which they don’t normally do so very accommodating! I overheard there was a small gym facility and that’s cool! The laundry facility was great too! The bad: the appliances were a wee bit older and the cleaning was a bit subpar but I can understand how turning over that large space takes time. The pool towels ran a bit low and I let the front desk know but the lady seemed a bit uninterested. The great: the free breakfast!! I was super impressed with the options of breads/bagels, eggs, meat and potatoes, pancakes with a toppings station, oatmeal, coffee, juice, fruit, and cereal! The best: special shout out to Sarah on the front desk! You are a real credit to the hotel. Mele and Monica were also very lovely and helpful! No ugly!

Enjoyed the newly renovated suite with kitchen. Staff member working at check-in was very friendly and helpful but she was working all alone! We arrived around 5pm with four other guests in line ahead of us. Although she was efficient, she could have really used another employee so we as guests were not forced to wait about 25 minutes to check in! Also, our ice maker was not working, never made any ice and the ice container was dirty. As we did not want to wait another half hour in line to receive ice from the front desk, we had no choice but to leave our room and drive to a store. A few ice machines on site would have been quite helpful!

They need to do a better job of the upkeep. The steps, and all landings are very filthy. I did bring to their attention, but nothing was done during our 5 day stay. Very simple by using a blower to blow away all dibris and sweep up, so it's not tracked into your unit. As for other repairs, they did respond right away to take care of them.

Customer service is outstanding!

Great dtay . This was originally what i had in mind about a month ago. I saw this on hotel.com and it was about 20.00 more but well worth it. Price was approximately 15.00 more than a regular room but we were traveling with my 3 year old grandson. This place has a decent kitchen and is a 1 bedroom unit. Makingit .uvh easier to put him down for a nap and putting him down for the night much easier. The beeakfast is included and iis very nutritious. This place has a hot tub and pool. 24/7 laundry facility. The customer service people are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
