The property was being renovated as I stayed. The noise from the workers was heard throughout the part of the hotel I was in the property does need modernisation in all rooms and hopefully once it’s complete it will be a really nice hotel again.

The front desk associates were friendly and greeted you every day. The room was a little stuffy, bulky furniture made for a small space with a family of 4. The booking was to include breakfast everyday for my family but only included 2 of the 4 and we were unable to enjoy that as a family which was severely disappointing. The grounds were nice and it was a quiet area. Despite being under renovation the noises couldn’t be heard by us where our room was located. The biggest disappointment was the lack of inclusion of breakfast for all of us despite paying for that in the booking. Do better at that Expedia.

Suite had extremely low ceiling. A/C in bedroom was too close to bed and vents pointed directly to bed. Bathroom ventilation didn’t work. Water from shower flooded floor into toilet area.

I wasn't happy when your workers stole my recycleables and lied about it. I was in room # 442 and your workers stole my recycleables. You better watch your cleaning things around your establishment they will rob you blind!!!! They're a bunch of liars!!!! And that person at the front wasn't any better..

quiet location, easy access to everything I needed, free parking was a bonus. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was wondering why the bathrooms did not have functioning vents( exhaust) . Made the rooms steamy and had a wet musky smell when we entered the room.

It was very close to our friends’ place, so perfect for us. Old building but nicely refurbished& loved the layout of the room& the bathroom. Had a very nice stay!
