Private and gated driveway punctuated by picturesque Coral trees and plenty of parking spaces for your guests or your car collection. The sleek new kitchen opens to the dining area and breakfast area with a balcony & breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Stunning Pocket and folding glass doors throughout, allow you to enjoy the spectacular views. This rare flat usable yard includes a BBQ area, pool/spa, and large grassy area with mature landscaping throughout to give it a zen feel. Just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with a private path under PCH, across the street from a private equity tennis club with 3 lighted courts (membership included) - This home is the Malibu dream.

- The Tennis Court is only available to Guests staying more than 7 days. Guests will need to submit First and Last Names for all Users and will be charged a one-time Membership Fee of $300.

- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

Beautiful home but.....

This is atruely a spectacular home but was disappointed when the manager called me to tell me that the owner had seen a pet on the property which was completely untrue as none of the three people had a pet. Not sure where he got that but an incident like that just leaves a bad taste.
