The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling. The whole place felt dirty and didn't smell good. There was breakfast advertised but there was no breakfast. The road noise was very loud in our room. Beds were ok.

There was nothing unique about this property. It was dirty close to being filthy the elevator scared me so bad I took the stairs. For one night okay I would never do it again. I have photos I wish there was a way I could load them on this page.

Bathroom was extremely dirty. Elevators only worked half the time. Room smelled very musty. Trash can collecting water dripping from light fixtures in hallways.

The stay is horrible horrible. I stayed for 2 nights with my family and had a worst experience.The booking says free breakfast when I check at the property they said no breakfast it is Expedia who is added the breakfast and not them . (Wrong ad and booking) There is no housekeeping or room service at all. They sticked a label saying they won’t clean the room for 3 days and for any additional towels ask for help. When I called them to provide extra towel. They asked me to come and collect from the front desk as there is no housekeeping or room service and I took 2 floor staircase by walk whenever I need anything to the front desk. The lift won’t work(not under maintenance) and should use staircase always (with luggage’s also) . Next disappointment is food .they have order inn service for food . They delivered food after 3hrs and missed half of my order and misplaced few other orders . The taste of food is horrible smells like old rotten food. When called them and checked they said the kitchen is closed and they can’t fix it even after 3hrs of delivery and they will try to refund.but in that time I can’t able to arrange food for my kids. If I know this before I would ordered somewhere for my kids . Will never recommend or use this in future.

This place false advertised , I thought it was going to be a nice hotel but instead it was a dump. The employees were nice but the hotel was in shambles and needs to be torn down.

We were very let down upon arriving to our hotel room. I can’t tell if it was lingering cigarette smell or air filters, paint, & furniture that drastically needed an update - reeking of “old damp cardboard.” I’ve stayed in motels & <3 star hotels before. This was in that league. While the price was lower (.why we selected it), we trusted its 3-star rating and pictures to deliver something that wasn’t so desperately in need of a renovation. The room just stunk. The elevator took 7 minutes to be called each way (literally, I timed it). Our uber almost cancelled on us because of how long it took for the elevator to reach us… and the building is only 4 stories and it wasn’t busy. Overall, if this had been rated a 2-star hotel, I wouldn’t be writing this review. But given the dozens of other 3-star hotels I’ve stayed in, this needs to called out for not meeting a basic standard of “not smelling” and “elevators work.”

There was no water for 3 days and nights during our stay. The elevators were not working during same time. We had to carry our luggage via the stairs and help from the hotel. Bad experience.

It was not as expected nothing like in the pictures. There’s mold in the ceiling above my son bed and in the bathroom. The room didn’t had a clean aspect at all. I wouldn’t stay there or recommend it again.

The hotel suffers from substantial deferred maintenance and renovations. Upon arrival, the automatic doors aren’t working. Throughout the premises things are worn out, shabby and dirty. The television in my room had lines across the picture. I could continue but I’ll just recommend you stay elsewhere.
