Yes the staff was courteous, a bit dirty with mold on the bottom glass shower door, kind of worn out flooring an cigarette burn on the bed cover which was the blanket also.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't impressed by this hotel. I remembered saying to myself .."another night of wasted money." I was wrong. The room I stayed in was worth every penny and even more. It felt so comfortable and relaxing that I extended 3 more nights. The location was perfect which is right by where the 5fwy and 605fwy met. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a very pleasant stay for me away from home.
